Yes - once we receive your return and inspect the item, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RESTORE COLLECTION:
To keep your bamboo pieces feeling buttery soft and lasting longer, we recommend:‍

-Wash cold, gentle cycle Preferably by hand or on a delicate machine cycle with like colours. ‍
-Use mild detergent Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach or fabric softeners — bamboo is naturally soft. ‍‍
-Do not tumble dry Air dry flat or hang in the shade to preserve shape and reduce energy use. ‍‍
-Cool iron if needed Steam or lightly press with a warm iron. Do not iron prints or logos. ‍
-Avoid rough surfaces Bamboo is smooth and delicate — take care to prevent snagging.

-Machine wash cold (max 40°C) on a gentle cycle ‍
-Iron at low temperature if needed ‍
